At Unique Insights Wellbeing, I offer counselling grounded in empathy, thoughtful clinical care, and respect for each person’s unique lived experience. I work with individuals navigating psychological distress, life transitions, and the longer-term impacts of adversity, providing a supportive and collaborative space to reflect, build insight, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy is guided by your values and goals, with a focus on strengthening emotional safety, understanding, and sustainable wellbeing. Through this process, my aim is to support not only symptom relief, but a meaningful improvement in quality of life that feels authentic and achievable.
Therapy is focused on supporting clients to recognise and gently shift unhelpful patterns, while building insight, emotional awareness, and practical strategies that support overall wellbeing.
The aim is not to "fix" people, but to provide a supportive space where clients can develop practical tools and strategies to better understand them

My approach is grounded in personalised care and a strong relational ethos of “I see you, I hear you, I believe you.” Creating a safe and respectful therapeutic space is central to my work, supporting clients to feel secure, understood, and supported throughout the counselling process.

I am a qualified counsellor with a background in psychology and over two decades of experience working alongside individuals in supportive and relational roles. My work is grounded in empathy, careful listening, and respect for each person’s lived experience.
I have completed a four-year undergraduate degree in psychology, including First Class Honours, which has deepened my understanding of human behaviour, trauma, coping, and psychological wellbeing across the lifespan. Alongside this, my Master of Community Counselling informs a practice that is relational, paced, and responsive to individual needs. In 2026, I will commence the Master of Professional Psychology as part of my ongoing professional development.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, low mood, trauma, and the longer-term impacts of adversity. My approach is not focused on fixing or diagnosing, but on creating a safe and respectful space where patterns can be explored, meaning can be made, and practical strategies can develop over time.
Clear and appropriate boundaries are an important part of therapeutic safety and trust, and I prioritise these within all professional relationships. I am committed to ongoing supervision, training, and professional development to ensure that my work remains reflective, ethical, and informed by current research.
At the centre of my practice is a simple ethos: I see you, I hear you, and I believe you.
